the rules of hanging artwork, create
interesting wall compositions (other than
just plain ole artwork). Fool proof
techniques in accessorizing table tops and

- Hands On Full Service Staging in
Listed Home - Students will stage a real

in teams to create a home that is in show
condition.
- Hands On Consultation in a Listed
Home – Students will conduct a walk
through consultation in a listed home
evaluating the entire property from curbside
to fireside. Students will role play with
Melanie to get a better understanding of the
client/stager relationship.
- Melanie teaches her exclusive method
in Defining Target Markets? - You may
have a great knack for pulling a room
together, but… do you really know how to
capture a potential buyer? Staging is more
than just furnishing placement. Melanie will
teach you how to define each target market,
tap into their desires and needs, and
implement that knowledge to create a space
that will capture each perspective audience.
Melanie’s experience has enabled her to fine
tune this science into an art. No other
instructor teaches this unique method.
- Jump Start Portfolio - Students
will leave the course with before and after
photos of the room that they staged in the
field house. These photos can be viewed on
their portfolio link on their new websites.
