Instructor and founding president of “The Home Stagers Guild™,”is
proud to launch…
A four
Day HOME STAGING certificate training program.
With over 15 years experience and a leader in
the Home Staging Industry, Melanie Serra brings her success,
experience and knowledge to the home staging training circuit. Her
curriculum is unique and unlike any other in the industry. The
program incorporates all segments of the business to include;
decorating fundamentals, business theory, interactive classroom
study, along with on-site staging working in “real” homes.
Her interactive group studies provides hands on training to
promote, stimulate and enhance creativity…and are just plain fun!
The “HSG” training curriculum provides each student with the
knowledge and tools to own and operate a successful staging
business.

- Starter Tool Kit
- Transportation each day to
and from field house (so a rental car is not necessary).
- Hands on Group Studies-Students will
stage a "REAL" home that is currently on the market and listed
with a local real estate company. Each home will be diversified
and offer real-life staging challenges. Our program also
includes interactive group classroom studies in which students
will create compositions and arrangements using accessories,
furniture and props to practice and demonstrate the staging and
decorating techniques they have learned.

“Starving Artist No More,” by Kirstin Carey.

Virtual presentation by award winning web designer,
Tracy Fredrychowski, who specializes in creating
websites for interior re-designers and home stagers.

Students receive a
“Marketing Kit”
by Graphic Designer Alison Wilson, owner of
Designer Ali . All graduates of HSG
will be eligible to receive “Designer Ali’s” quality

includes logo design, business card and brochure
